Shipping Terms

Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver to Germany and Switzerland.
All orders are carefully packed and reliably shipped with our logistics partners.

Shipping within Germany

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs within Germany are based on the weight of the order and are displayed transparently during checkout.

The following shipping rates currently apply:

  • up to 10 kg: €4.99
  • up to 20 kg: €5.90

All shipping costs include statutory VAT.

Delivery Time
  • 2–4 business days from dispatch
  • Shipping is carried out via DHL.

Shipping to Switzerland

Shipping Costs

For deliveries to Switzerland, we charge a flat rate of CHF 15.90 per order, regardless of parcel size.

We cover part of the actual shipping costs for you – the remaining amount is displayed as shipping costs in the checkout.

Customs & Import Duties

We ship our products in accordance with DAP (Delivered At Place).
As a rule, no additional customs duties or import charges are incurred for our shipments.
Should fees nevertheless be charged by the shipping service provider in exceptional cases, these shall be borne by the recipient.

Delivery Time
  • 3–6 business days from dispatch
  • Shipping is carried out via DHL International.

Subscriptions & Recurring Deliveries

For subscription orders, the same shipping costs and delivery times apply as for single orders. Shipping costs are calculated for each delivery and displayed accordingly in the checkout.

Shipment Tracking

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email including a tracking link.

Notes

  • Deliveries are made exclusively to delivery addresses; delivery to parcel lockers (Packstations) in Switzerland is not possible.

  • Partial deliveries are only made if expressly necessary.

  • In the event of delays, you will be informed without delay.
